Job Description Summary

They are looking for a Manager to join their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at the Firm. This role offers the opportunity to join the team at inception and build your long-term career alongside the function, while making a real impact on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the review, management of and participation in the following initiatives:
Responsible for compiling analysis around the annual budget process and related monitoring exercises throughout the year
Responsible for working with senior clients across the firm to develop & maintain an Executive Dashboard of key metrics
Responsible for leading the development of the organization’s multi-year strategic plan; incorporating both real-time and long-term, planned changes to the business
Responsible for capital structure management; balance sheet & cash flow analysis
Assisting with ad hoc projects
Would be liaising with compensation team and corporate finance/accounting team on a daily basis
Mentoring junior team members and working with senior executives across the firm.
Education
BS/BA or equivalent
Work Experience
8+ years of experience in a financial analytics environment, preferably in a corporate FP&A group that has provided foundation in corporate finance and business strategy Financial services industry (private equity or banking) a plus
