Job Description Summary

They are looking for an Associate to join their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at the Firm.  This role offers the opportunity to join the team at inception and build your long-term career alongside the function, while making a real impact on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Compiling analysis around the annual budget process and related monitoring exercises throughout the year

• Assist in developing & maintaining an Executive Dashboard of key metrics

• Contributing to the development of the organization’s long-term multi-year strategic plan; incorporating real-time and planned changes to the business

• Supporting capital structure management exercises; balance sheet & cash flow analysis

• Assisting with ad hoc projects

• Would be liaising with compensation team and corporate finance/accounting team on a daily basis

Education

BS/BA or equivalent

Work Experience

2-3 years of experience in a financial analytics environment, preferably in a corporate FP&A group that has provided foundation in corporate finance and business strategy. Financial services industry (private equity or banking) a plus
