KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Will include some or all of the following for multiple funds across strategy and account type:

• Gain overall understanding of Credit business and manage team at all levels through overall finance responsibilities for liquid and distressed businesses

• Provide support to Credit CFO for all Credit Finance needs

• Understand complex investment structures, work through tax, legal and book implications for funds

• Manage team of 2-10 staff

• Review of quarterly and annual fund financial statements including management fee payments and carried interest allocations

• Review of monthly returns and capital reporting to investors

• Review of preparation of daily analysis of investment activity and performance

• Manage year-end audit process and maintain close interaction with outside accountants during year end audit

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 6-10 years of public accounting, audit and/or tax, or other relevant work experience/role at similar Investment Advisor in a rigorous environment

• Relevant work experience in fixed income asset classes with familiarity of bank loans, high yield debt and credit derivatives a plus

• Tax background a plus

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines

• Self-starter with initiative

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm

• Ability to decipher complex legal documents

• Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills

• Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional

• Strong Excel skills

 EDUCATION

• Four-year college degree with a strong academic background.

• Major in accounting, finance or related degree required.

• CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification a plus.
