POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing all Wire related data for all Firm business units in the GTreasury system

• Oversee work of an offshore team responsible for callback and wire input

• Verify all new wire instructions used by Firm business units through independent verification procedures

• Actively seek to reduce the risk of wire fraud by improving and enhancing the process and procedures accordingly

• Work across teams to reconcile wire instructions in GTreasury against internal data in advance of distributions

• Support the Firm Capital Markets and Private markets business units globally

• Time sensitive ad hoc responsibilities as various requests arise, usually cash and management reporting oriented

• Responsible for zero defect processing in a highly visible mission critical processing environment

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience

• Extremely detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively

• Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with various external partners and clients and across all levels of the firm

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under tight deadlines

• Ability to follow-through on all assignments, handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment

• High degree of proficiency in Excel

• Ability to work successfully in both team and independent environments

DESIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION

• College degree required

• Major preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business related subject area
