POSITION SUMMARY: As a critical member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for matters related to a portfolio of employee co-invest funds as well as being involved in fundraising and investor related materials. Specifically, responsibilities would include:
Assist with preparation of materials used for fundraising
Assist with preparation of quarterly investor presentations
Preparation of all accounting, reporting and compliance of a select group of employee co-invest funds
Coordinate with Manager the preparation of year-end financials with the firm's outside auditor
Cash monitoring and reconciliation with bank
Ad hoc financial projects within Finance Team
SKILLS:
Professional individual with solid communication skills and energetic attitude
Ability to prioritize several tasks at one time and meet tight deadlines
Ability to interact with Senior Management
EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years big four public accounting experience preferred
CPA preferred
Strong GAAP financial reporting experience
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Investran experience a plus
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Bachelors in Accounting
